What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, property type, budget range, and renovation timeline.
We also automatically capture some technical information to understand where an enquiry came from, such as the page URL you submitted from and, if you arrived via an online ad, identifiers like a Google Click ID (gclid) and campaign parameters (UTM tags).
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your interior design enquiry.
- To understand which marketing channels bring us genuine enquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly.
- To keep a record of enquiries so nothing gets missed.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent to Metaspaces' own team by email and recorded in a private internal spreadsheet. We do not sell your information to third parties. The form itself is delivered using FormSubmit (a third-party email delivery service) and stored via Google Sheets (a third-party spreadsheet service); both only process the data needed to deliver your enquiry to us and do not use it for their own marketing.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads are working. This can involve Google receiving anonymised or pseudonymous signals (like a click ID) associated with your visit, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you and for our own business records, after which we remove them.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — just contact us using the details below.
